Respect

Respect is treating others as they deserve simply for being human.

Respect costs nothing and means everything. It is listening fully, honoring differences, and speaking to others as you would want to be spoken to. In a safe community, respect is non-negotiable. Even in disagreement, we protect each other's dignity.
